Are you Samsung Preferred Plus/Daikin 3D Dealer?
Yes, we’re a Preferred Plus and 3D Dealer for Samsung and Daikin. Preferred Plus and 3D Dealers give a 12 year warranty on parts and one year warranty on labor if they register your heat pump.
Do you register my heat pump?
Yes, we register your heat pump so you can get the 12 year parts warranty. You will receive an email with your warranty information.
Do I get my rebate instantly?
Yes, we give all rebates instantly. We fill out all paperwork for you and then we wait the 6 weeks for the rebate to come back to us , so you can get the savings instantly.

Hard to believe it's been a year since we installed the heatpump. I texted we needed to schedule our annual check-up and got a date and time less than a week from the first text. He was on time, worked quickly and efficiently with very little disturbance to us. He left the place clean and he explained what he did. He asked several times if we had any questions about the heatpump. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I'm glad we went with Hometown.

They were far more timely in getting me an estimate than other types of contractors I've dealt with. The same is true of getting the installation done. Communications was probably the best I've seen when compared to other building trades contractors.

We absolutely are thrilled with how these Daikin heads are working, keeping our old 1850’s Maine farmhouse warm and toasty. I recommend everything that Hometown does - the people, the service, installation, problem solving other people’s installations. I purchased 2 Daikins in 2016 when my house was being built. The plumber that the builder uses installed them. One had major problems from the first time I turned it on because the coolant leaked out. It finally stopped working at all. The plumber never responded to my phone calls, messages, and letters. I called Hometown Heat Pumps and they came right away and a few more times. Because the unit was faulty and improperly installed, they could only get it going for a while but eventually it quit for good. I had a 5-year warranty which the plumber would not honor. The other unit recently had a problem and Hometown had to replace the wrong kind of drain that was run through my walls. That involved cutting the wall open and then repairing & repainting later. I just had a new Daikin put in my bedroom by Skyler from Hometown. He did an excellent job, registered it, got me the rebate, and told me about their service plan which would take care of both of my Daikins. Josh is so great & and loves my dog, Christie has spent a lot of time on the phone, listening to my problems with the plumber, and being so helpful. Hometown Heat Pumps is the best! Super work, quick response to service calls, and they make you almost feel like family. FIVE STARS +
10/10 stars. Tops marks for communication and rapid service. It took a week from first communication to the service worker coming and cleaning our heat pump. Scott was very kind, personable, professional and intelligent. Highly recommend hometown heat pumps to anyone with heat pumps. We learned more from Scott than from the company that installed it and gave us zero information.

Hometown was extremely efficient in all that they did for me. They had a site visit and proposal done with a week and the work scheduled with two weeks. Most other installers were giving me a 2-3 month wait time. The techs who came out to do the install were friendly and knew what they were doing. The heat pump works great.
I can’t say enough good about our experience with Hometown Heat Pumps, Inc. They responded quickly with our request for an evaluation of our needs, followed by an excellent, coherent estimate. The installation appointment was not soon after we agreed on the terms. The installation went flawlessly by their professional staff. They left things clean, with nothing for us to do except put back the rugs and furniture we moved out of their way. In today’s world, they are heads and shoulders above everyone else.

Very friendly, professional sales people, answered all questions and provided alternatives and recommendations. Heat pump installation and electrical work was neat and efficient. Installer did the job as if he were doing it to his own home. A mirror below the minisplit location area had been moved prior to their visit and he located the unit so that when the mirror was reinstalled, it hung perfectly centered below the unit. His unprompted attention to this detail exemplified the pride he took in his work.

Had a cancellation and was able to install our new Heat Pump the next day. Loving the AC feature- which is the total reason for having it installed. The installation guys were awesome- On time and got the job done with minimal mess (which they cleaned up) and in less then 3 hours. Loving our new AC Heat Pump System!

Hometown Heat Pumps was referred to us by a friend who was happy with their installation. Of the 3 places we had tour our home, listen to our needs, and give us quotes, we felt Hometown did the best job of really understanding what would best fit our situation and expectations and coming up with a creative solution within our budget. The installation was finished in a day, the tubing was kept inconspicuous, and the units are so quiet, I can barely hear them. We went from one window unit struggling to cool our large home, to a system that is effortlessly cooling the entire house during 100 degree days. Although we mostly bought the heat pumps for cooling, we know they will also help lighten the load of our other heating systems in the winter. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Hometown Heat Pumps.
