ANNUAL CLEANINGS
It is recommended to professionally clean your mini-split system at least once per year for optimal performance and to keep the indoor air you breathe clean. An unmaintained system can lead to inefficient operation, higher heating and cooling costs, and dirty indoor air. A clean system will save you on energy costs and distribute clean, filtered air throughout your home. Pair this with a UV addon to turn your indoor unit into a high tech air purifier that reduces over 99.9% of many common contaminants in the air!

IF YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM AND YOUR HEAT PUMP IS NOT OPERATING AS IT SHOULD, WE CAN HELP YOU OUT! WE WILL SERVICE & REPAIR HEAT PUMPS INSTALLED BY ANY COMPANY.
We begin by offering free troubleshooting over the phone. If a technician is needed, we will schedule a site visit. The technician will troubleshoot the problem and let you know of any issues detected with your system.
You will be notified of any additional charges before continuing to complete the repair. Many problems can be easily fixed right over the phone, so give us a call for free technical support and troubleshooting!

Clean Outdoor & Indoor Coils, Fan Assembly & Chassis, and Inspect Operation & Temperatures of One Outdoor with One Indoor Unit.
$325.00 – Cleaning Multi-Zone Mini-Split
Clean Outdoor & Indoor Coils, Fan Assembly & Chassis, and Inspect Operation & Temperatures of One Outdoor Unit with up to Four Connected Indoor Units.
Our experts will check your system’s operation and temperatures. A mold inhibitor will be applied to help your heat pump stay clean for another year. We also clean each unit both inside and out, including the coil, fan assembly, fan casing, and more!
The pull-out filers need to be cleaned at least once a month or when they appear dirty; This can be done by yourself at home to preserve your system’s energy and cost efficiency between annual cleanings.
