The Technician Team at Hometown Heat Pumps performs installations, repairs, and maintenance services for heat pumps in Maine homes. The entire Technician Team also enjoys getting involved in our giveaways, which is incredibly rewarding to give back to Veterans and members of our local communities that are in need.

We are currently looking to add a Lead Technician to our field team. Our team is hard-working and passionate about doing high-quality work for our customers. We are looking for a technician that has strong attention to detail, a friendly & outgoing personality, leadership skills, and an ability to reliably communicate with the team; HVACR 608 Certification preferred but not required. We are currently looking to add a Technician Assistant to our field team. This role requires no prior experience, and on-the-job training will be provided. We are looking for a technician assistant that is team-player who gets along well with others, has a desire to continually improve and advance their career with Hometown, and strong communication skills.
