The Sales Team at Hometown Heat Pumps is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including conducting in-home and virtual consultations, helping customers to select the appropriate size and positioning to install heat pumps in their home, communicating with customers and representatives over the phone, creating and updating quotes, answering customer questions, and more!

Consultant
Full-Time 9:30AM-6:00PM
Monday – Friday
Hourly pay & no high-pressure sales strategies here! Your goal will be to provide our customers with the best experience possible while accurately assessing their needs and goals. Responsibilities include: listening to customers’ questions about heat pumps and providing them with honest, realistic answers, determining customer rebate eligibility, selecting the optimal sizes and locations for their heat pumps, designing lineset runs, and providing customers with an itemized quote. This role requires an outgoing personality, prior experience with face-to-face customer service, and a strong attention to detail. Previous residential field technician, carpentry, or construction experience strongly preferred.
